rdev backs up what is hard to rebuild, and the backups always go to storage you own.
Agent settings
Your AI agent settings, rules and skills are backed up automatically to a git repository you own. If you set up a new server, your agents come back with the same setup. This is included in every plan.
On the Team plan, the team shares one settings repository with a folder for each developer.
Nightly backups
On the Pro and Team plans, rdev includes a nightly backup job to your own S3 bucket. On Team the backups are managed centrally for the whole team.
You choose the bucket and keep the credentials; we never have access to your backups.
Your code
Your projects live in git as usual, and file sync keeps a working copy on your laptop. rdev does not replace your own git hosting.
