This Refund Policy applies to rdev subscriptions provided by RDev, owned by Sinan Eldem. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns and refunds.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If rdev is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund of the first payment of a new subscription within 14 days of that payment. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike. There is no free trial, so this guarantee is how you can try rdev without risk. When the refund is issued, the subscription is cancelled and the license ends.
2. Renewals
Renewal payments, whether monthly or annual, are not refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Exceptions
We may refuse a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, for example repeated sign-ups to obtain refunds, or a breach of the license terms such as redistributing the installer or images. This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, or refunds that Paddle grants under its Buyer Terms.
4. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from your account email address with your order number or the email you used at checkout, or
- Find your order at paddle.net, Paddle's order lookup, and request a refund from there.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method, in the currency you paid. Once approved, refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
